Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Nextrade website and platform, operated under the trading name Nextrade by Nextrade AI Digital Services — demo entity. By creating an account you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not register.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of the platform. They apply to every page of this website, to the registration process, to the analysis dashboard and to every communication with our support and account management teams. Where a separate policy adds detail, such as the Privacy Policy or the Withdrawal Policy, that document forms part of the agreement alongside these Terms.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or in applicable United Kingdom law. When we do, the revised version is published on this page and the date of the change is noted in your account communication where the change is material. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

2. Definitions

"Platform" means the Nextrade website, dashboard and analysis engine. "AI engine" means the automated analysis software that processes market data and produces informational readings. "Account manager" means the named member of our client team assigned to support you. "Exchange" means any third-party marketplace where you hold your own trading or exchange account. "Content" means text, charts, illustrations and code published on the platform.

3. Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to register. Registration requires accurate personal details: your full name, an email address you control, a telephone number and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential; activity carried out through your account is presumed to be yours.

Identity verification is mandatory before trading features are activated. We may suspend an account that was registered with false information, that cannot be verified, or that appears to have been created on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

4. Description of the service

Nextrade provides market analysis, monitoring tools and client support for private investors. The AI engine organises publicly available and licensed market data into readings such as trend, volatility and event summaries. The platform does not execute discretionary trades on your behalf, does not hold your funds and does not provide personal investment advice within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order.

Where you connect an exchange account, the connection uses read-only permissions. We cannot move, withdraw or trade your funds, and we never ask for permissions beyond reading market information.

5. Permitted use and restrictions

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes connected with your own investment research. You must not scrape, resell or redistribute Content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe the rights of any person. Automated access to the platform outside the interfaces we provide is prohibited.

You must not present readings from the AI engine as guarantees to any third party, nor use the platform to operate on behalf of other people without a written agreement from us.

6. Intellectual property

All Content on the platform, including the logo, illustrations, articles, the design of the dashboard and the software behind the AI engine, is owned by the operator or licensed to it. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view and use Content for your own investment research. No ownership or other rights transfer to you by using the platform.

7. Fees, plans and payments

The current plans are Basic, from a £250 minimum deposit with a £19 monthly subscription; Advanced, from £1,500 with a £45 monthly subscription; and Premium, from £5,000 with a £95 monthly subscription. Deposits are free of platform charges by Faster Payments, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The full fee schedule, including spreads and limits, is published on the fees page and may be updated there; the version online when you trade is the version that applies.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance to the payment method on your account. Where a statutory right to cancel applies, we honour it; otherwise fees for a started subscription period are not refunded pro rata.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed by Faster Payments, normally within 24 hours, or to Visa and Mastercard within 1 to 5 business days. The minimum withdrawal is £20 and the daily maximum is £150,000. The first withdrawal from a new account requires completed identity verification. Full detail, including the reasons a request can be delayed, is in the withdrawal policy.

9. Risk acknowledgement

Trading and investing in crypto assets and shares carries a real risk of losing some or all of the amount you commit. Past behaviour of a market, an asset or the AI engine's readings is not a reliable indicator of future results. You confirm that you have read the risk disclosure, that you use the platform at your own discretion, and that you do not commit money you cannot afford to lose.

10. Third-party services and exchanges

The platform reads data from and can be linked to third-party exchanges. Those services operate under their own terms, and your relationship with them is entirely separate from your relationship with us. We are not responsible for an exchange's availability, security, fees or conduct, and nothing on this platform varies your rights against your exchange.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of trading opportunity arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the total subscriptions and fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to the service and to these Terms

We may add, modify or remove features of the platform. Where a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we tell registered users by email before it takes effect. These Terms may be revised as described in section 1; the current version is always the one published on this page.

13. Governing law, complaints and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Before any formal step, we ask you to use our complaints process, described on the complaints page, which includes escalation to the Financial Ombudsman Service where eligible. Questions about these Terms go to [email protected].
