We work from our London office with hybrid arrangements for most roles, UK-based hours, and a review process that never exceeds two stages. We read every application ourselves; there is no filtering software between you and the hiring manager.

Hybrid from London
Two to three days in the office near the City, the rest remote anywhere in the UK. Equipment of your choosing.
A real learning budget
An annual allowance for courses, conferences and market data subscriptions, agreed with your manager, not a form.
Direct ownership
Small teams, short chains. The person who writes the analysis feature answers for it in the weekly review.
Open positions
Backend engineer, market data
You will build the pipelines that ingest exchange and index data into the analysis engine. PHP or Go, queues, and an obsession with correctness over cleverness. Experience with financial time series is welcome but not required.
Account manager, UK clients
You will guide new users through setup, deposits and their first month on the dashboard. Clear written English, patience with non-technical people, and comfort explaining risk honestly are the core skills.
Compliance analyst, AML and KYC
You will run identity verification, monitor transaction patterns and keep our UK documentation current. Attention to detail matters more than speed; training on the platform is provided.
Financial content editor
You will turn our analysts' notes into the plain-English articles and guides published on this site. You need editing experience and the discipline to never overstate a claim.
