Fraud warning
Fraudsters imitate legitimate financial brands because imitation works. This page tells you how to recognise the patterns currently used against UK investors, how to check you are dealing with us, and exactly what to do if you suspect a scam.
Patterns to recognise
Clone firms. Scammers copy a company's name, logo and website design, then vary the domain slightly, for example nextrade-ai.org spelled with an extra letter or a different ending. Our only domain is nextrade-ai.org. Check the address bar, not the logo on the page; a logo can be copied in a second.
Cold calls and fake advisers. An unexpected caller who already "knows" you have a trading account, offers to recover lost money or presents a time-limited opportunity is running a known script. We do not cold-call, and we never ask for your password, a 2FA code or remote access to your device.
Payment redirection. Any message asking you to send funds to a "new" or "temporary" account, or to a person rather than a registered company account, is fraud. Our deposit details never arrive by email attachment or chat message.
Social media and messaging apps. Genuine Nextrade contact happens by email from our domain, within the platform, or by a call you have scheduled with your account manager. Anyone conducting your "account management" entirely through WhatsApp or Telegram is not us.
How to check you are dealing with us
- The exact domain in your browser is nextrade-ai.org.
- Our emails come from @nextrade-ai.org, and the only support address is [email protected].
- Calls from us are scheduled in advance by your named account manager; we do not surprise you with investment calls.
- We never request passwords, 2FA codes, remote access, or payments to personal accounts. Ever.
If you suspect a scam
Act immediately. If you have sent money, contact your bank or card issuer straight away and ask about the chance of recalling the payment; speed matters most in the first hours. If you shared credentials, change your password on the genuine site and enable 2FA. Report to Action Fraud, the UK's national fraud and cybercrime reporting service, and to the Financial Conduct Authority using its reporting form if the scam involves an imitated or unauthorised firm; the FCA also maintains a public warning list you can search before engaging any financial business.
Then tell us, even if no money moved: a report to [email protected] helps us warn other users and get clone domains taken down. Remember that anyone guaranteeing profits, pressuring you to "act today", or refusing to let you end a call is showing you the scam, not hiding it.
