Deposit and withdrawal methods
Every payment method available to UK users, with its type, cost and processing time. The platform charges nothing on deposits or withdrawals; the times below are what each route actually takes.
Three rules that avoid almost every payment problem: deposit only from accounts and cards in your own name; complete identity verification before your first withdrawal so it is not held; and remember that a withdrawal destination cannot be changed and used on the same day, a security hold that exists to stop fraud, not to inconvenience you.
Withdrawal methods
| Payment method | Type | Fee | Processing time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Faster Payments | Bank transfer | Free | Within 24 hours |
| Visa | Card | Free | 1 to 5 business days |
| Mastercard | Card | Free | 1 to 5 business days |
Minimum withdrawal £20, daily maximum £150,000. The first withdrawal requires completed identity verification; the full rules are in the withdrawal policy.
Choosing between the routes is straightforward. Faster Payments suits almost every UK user: it is the quickest to arrive and pays to a bank account in your own name. Card withdrawals exist mainly for returns of card-funded amounts, which card rules can require to travel back along the same rail, and their extra days belong to the card scheme rather than to the platform. If speed matters, withdraw by bank transfer.

- Faster Payments: UK bank transfer using a sort code and account number; funds normally arrive within seconds.
Card deposits require the card to be in your own name; third-party payments are returned. Deposits are shown in pounds and there is no currency conversion charge from our side.
Business days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays in England and Wales. Card withdrawal times depend on when your issuing bank posts the refund; the platform releases the payment, and the remaining days of the window belong to the card scheme.
Payment problems have a short path: write to [email protected] with the date, amount and method, and the payments team answers with the transaction's factual status. The withdrawal policy covers delays, dormancy and account closure in full.
