Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Nextrade collects when you visit this website or use the platform, why we collect it, the legal basis for each use, how long we keep it and the rights you can exercise over it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Nextrade AI Digital Services — demo entity, trading as Nextrade, with its office at 120 Example Avenue, Suite 4, London — fictional demo address, London, United Kingdom. You can reach our data protection contact at [email protected].

2. Data we collect when you browse

Like most websites we collect technical data: your IP address, browser type, device category, referring page and the times of your visits. This data is processed to keep the service secure, to detect abuse and to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful. Where cookies are set, they are limited to what the service needs to function.

3. Data we collect when you register

When you create an account we collect your full name, email address, telephone number and a password stored only as an irreversible hash. During identity verification we collect a copy of a valid photo ID and, where required, a proof of address dated within the last three months. We collect the minimum the verification process requires and nothing beyond it.

4. Data connected to your use of the platform

We record the assets you follow, the alert levels you set, your plan and subscription status, deposits and withdrawals, and the readings you viewed. This record is what makes your dashboard, your audit history and your account manager's support possible. Support communications, including emails and call notes, are stored with your account.

5. Legal bases for processing

We rely on performance of a contract to operate your account and deliver the service you registered for. We rely on legal obligation to carry out identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks and record-keeping required of financial services businesses in the United Kingdom. We rely on legitimate interests to secure the platform, prevent fraud and improve the service in aggregate. Where we ask for marketing consent, that consent is the basis, and you can withdraw it at any time.

6. Who we share data with

We share data only where it is necessary: with the verification provider that checks your ID documents, with payment processors for deposits and withdrawals, with the email delivery service that sends you notices, and with our hosting and security providers. Each processor acts under a written contract that limits what it may do with your data. We never sell your personal data.

We may disclose data to a competent UK authority where legally required. In an acquisition of the business, data would transfer as part of the assets, with the same protections, and we would notify registered users.

7. International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, the transfer relies on UK adequacy regulations or, where none apply, on International Data Transfer Agreements with supplementary safeguards. A list of the categories of providers and locations is available on request at the address above.

8. How long we keep data

Browsing data in aggregate form is kept for up to 24 months. Account data is kept for the life of your account. Verification and transaction records are kept for the period required by UK anti-money-laundering law, which is generally five years after the relationship ends, and we may keep some records longer where a legal claim or regulatory request makes that necessary. Support communications are kept for three years.

9. Your rights

You have the right to be told what data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to delete data we no longer have a legal reason to keep, to restrict or object to particular uses, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Verification records tied to legal obligations cannot be deleted early, but everything else is honoured within one month of a confirmed request.

10. How to make a request

Send requests to [email protected] from the email address on your account, or by post to our London office. We may ask one verifying question to protect your account. Requests are free of charge unless manifestly repetitive.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against abuse. Analytics cookies, if enabled, are aggregate and anonymised. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to the service. This site loads no advertising trackers.

12. Security of your data

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside the company is role-based and logged, and reviewed quarterly. Full detail of the measures protecting your account is on the security page.

13. Automated decision-making

The AI engine produces informational readings, but no decision about you is made solely by automated means. Verification screening tools flag cases for human review; a person always decides the outcome of your verification and of any account restriction.

14. Children

The platform is directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and accounts identified as belonging to a minor are closed and their data deleted, subject to the record-keeping law described above.

15. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the service or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page, and material changes are notified to registered users by email before they take effect.

16. Complaints about data handling

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact us first and we will investigate. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, and to escalate eligible disputes to the Financial Ombudsman Service through the route on our complaints page.
