Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions our support team actually receives, grouped into eight topics. If your question is not here, write to [email protected].

Getting started

How long does registration take?

Under a minute for the form itself: name, email, phone number and a password. Verification of your identity follows separately and usually clears within minutes, though cases needing human review take up to one working day.

What is the minimum to begin?

The Basic plan opens with a £250 deposit and a £19 monthly subscription. Advanced starts at £1,500 and Premium at £5,000, each with its own subscription as listed on the fees page.

Do I need experience to use the platform?

No. The readings are written in plain English and your account manager walks you through setup, first watchlists and first readings. The crypto basics page covers the underlying concepts if you want the foundations too.

Accounts and verification

Why do I have to verify my identity?

UK anti-money-laundering law requires it of financial services businesses. Verification also anchors your account to your identity, which protects you against impersonation and account takeover.

Which documents do you accept?

A current passport, a UK driving licence or an EEA national identity card as primary document. For address confirmation where needed, a bank statement, utility bill or council tax bill dated within the last three months.

Can I have more than one account?

One account per person. Multiple accounts are closed under our terms, and verification checks are designed to detect them. If your circumstances change, tell your account manager rather than opening a second registration.

Fees and payments

Are deposits really free?

Yes. Deposits by Faster Payments, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay carry no platform fee and are instant. Charges your own bank applies, if any, are outside our control.

What does the subscription cover?

Platform access, the AI-assisted analysis, monitoring, alerts and support from your account manager. Execution costs on your own exchange are charged by that exchange under its own schedule.

Is there an inactivity fee?

A £10 monthly fee applies only after twelve months with no login at all. One sign-in restores normal status, and any balance remains withdrawable at any time.

Withdrawals

How fast are withdrawals?

Faster Payments withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours. Card withdrawals take 1 to 5 business days depending on your bank. The minimum is £20 and the daily maximum is £150,000.

Why is my first withdrawal slower?

The first withdrawal requires completed identity verification, and any withdrawal shortly after a password or destination change carries a short security hold. These checks exist to stop the most common fraud pattern in the industry.

Can I withdraw to someone else's account?

No. The destination name must match your verified identity, and third-party withdrawals are refused. This is a regulatory requirement as well as a protection for your funds.

Platform features

What does the AI engine actually do?

It reads market data across exchanges and indices and organises it into readings: trend, volatility and notable events for each asset you follow. It supports your decisions; it never trades for you and never removes risk.

Does the platform hold my money?

No. Your funds stay in your own exchange or bank account, connected with read-only permissions for analysis. We cannot place orders or initiate withdrawals on your behalf.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes, the dashboard is fully responsive and alerts reach you by email. There is nothing to install; sign in from any modern browser.

Can I see how my past decisions performed?

Every action is recorded in your audit history, and the weekly summary compares your logged decisions with market outcomes. This record is the platform's main learning tool.

Risk

Can I lose money?

Yes. Trading crypto assets and shares carries the risk of losing some or all of the amount you commit. No analysis tool, ours included, changes that. Read the risk disclosure before depositing.

Are returns guaranteed in any scenario?

No, and any service that guarantees returns is not being honest with you. Our reviews are labelled as individual opinions precisely because they are not predictions.

What is the best amount to start with?

An amount whose total loss would not change your life. The £250 Basic minimum is deliberately small so your first month is about learning the workflow rather than proving a strategy.

Security

Is two-factor authentication available?

Yes, and we recommend enabling it the day you register. Sensitive actions such as changing withdrawal details request a second factor even on trusted devices.

Will you ever ask for my password or a code?

Never. No genuine message from Nextrade asks for your password, a 2FA code or remote access to your device. Any such request is fraud; see the fraud warning page.

What happens if I see a login alert I did not cause?

Change your password immediately, enable 2FA if it is off, and write to support with "Urgent" in the subject. We can freeze withdrawals within minutes of a confirmed report.

Support and complaints

How do I reach support?

Email [email protected], Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30 UK time. The typical wait is under five minutes, and your account manager is available separately once you register.

How are complaints handled?

Every complaint is acknowledged in writing within 2 working days and answered substantively within 15. If you are not satisfied, escalation to the Financial Ombudsman Service is explained in our final response. Full detail is on the complaints page.

Do you offer advice on what to buy?

No. The platform provides analysis and information, not personal investment advice. Your account manager explains how features work and what readings mean, but every decision remains yours.
