Licensing and regulation

Nextrade works to a simple commitment: say exactly what we do, under which framework and with which limits. This page summarises the regulatory environment that applies to our activity in the United Kingdom and how we meet it.

The platform provides analysis and support services for investment decision-making. We do not hold client money: your funds remain in your own exchange or bank account, linked with read-only permissions for analysis.

Registration open, limited spots

An account manager will call you within 24 hours.

Applicable regulation

One table for each market where the service is available. Specific registration details are confirmed with the relevant provider on request and published as soon as they are officially confirmed; we never invent licence numbers.

JurisdictionRegulatorRegulatory basis
United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as the applicable UK conduct regulator; complaints escalation via the Financial Ombudsman Service Complies with applicable UK requirements for client onboarding, identity verification and complaint handling. Registration details are confirmed with the relevant provider on request.

Regulatory transparency

Mandatory identity verification

Every user completes KYC before trading. Verification exists because of anti-money-laundering requirements, and it also protects your account against impersonation.

Responsible advertising

We publish no guaranteed performance figures and no testimonials presented as verifiable results. User reviews are individual opinions and are labelled as such.

Open documentation

Terms, privacy, risk disclosure, fees and the withdrawal policy are public pages. Nothing that governs your use of the service is hidden in a private contract.

A formal complaints channel

A documented process with response times and escalation, described on the complaints page, with written acknowledgement of every complaint received.
